JRE for APC is a software solution for UPS management, safe shutdown, and energy reporting for up to 25 servers and workstations. It prevents data corruption by performing a graceful, unattended operating system shutdown in the event of an extended power outage, and allows users to specify a shutdown sequence to ensure sufficient time for each application to close safely. It supports Lotus Notes/Domino, MS-SQL Server, MS-IIS, MS-Exchange, and Siebel eBusiness Applications on Windows.
